Activities at Moon Shadows

Close to Big Sur, downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and galleries, golf courses, wineries, Carmel Mission, and the Monterey Aquarium, the area features something for everyone. The beaches and canyon provide hours of pleasure for everyone, especially children and teenagers who like to build dams, float toy boats down the "rapids and waterfalls", boogie board, kayak, or surf. There are also dunes to climb and jump off of at the Carmel Mission Beach.

Among the more well-known special events and activities are the Bach Festival performed in the Carmel Mission, the Monterey Bay Jazz and Blues festival, the AT&T Pro Am golf tournament in Pebble Beach, and the Food and Wine Festival.
